Aurax Massage Dubai: TERMS OF SERVICE & BILLING

PAYMENT — DUBAI LOCATIONS

For all verified residential, hotel, and apartment addresses within Dubai, payment is collected upon the safe arrival of your specialist. We accept:

– Visa & Mastercard (via secure POS terminal)

– Apple Pay

– Google Pay

– Cash

PAYMENT — SHARJAH & AJMAN

We extend our recovery services to Sharjah and Ajman under the following pre-paid terms:

– 100% of the massage session fee must be paid in advance.

– A fixed transport and logistics fee applies upfront before deployment.

Important: The transport fee is capped at AED 200. If the actual transport cost is lower than AED 200, the client will only be charged the actual cost. AED 200 is the maximum, not a flat charge.

This fee covers round-trip travel, specialist wait time, and out-of-emirate logistics coordination.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION & SECURITY DEPOSIT

To protect our staff and maintain service reliability, our dispatch team requires a verifiable building name and accurate GPS pin for every booking. If a client declines to provide sufficient location details, a 100% advance payment is required to authorise deployment. If this security clearance is not completed, the booking will be declined.

REFUND POLICY

If a therapist fails to arrive within 20 minutes of the confirmed appointment time without prior communication, the client is entitled to a 10% session discount or the option to reschedule at no cost. In the event of a complete therapist no-show, a full refund will be issued.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Aurax provides advanced sports and recovery bodywork exclusively. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward any unprofessional, inappropriate, or suggestive behaviour directed at our therapists. Any breach will result in:

– Immediate termination of the session by the therapist

– Forfeiture of all payments made

– A permanent ban from our service network

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts.
